All client materials are treated as strictly confidential. All collaborators working with Fictiva are bound by non-disclosure agreements (NDAs). We will never use, share, or disclose your content without written permission.
2. Intellectual Property and Legal Responsibility
Clients retain full ownership of all submitted materials and completed work.
Fictiva does not claim any copyright or usage rights over your content.
We do not verify or protect the legal or copyright status of submitted materials.
You are solely responsible for securing legal protections before submission.
Fictiva is not liable for similarities between your work and existing or future content.
Using our services does not guarantee funding, publication, production, or commercial success.
3. Scope of Services
We offer written feedback, creative consultations, and pitch deck design.
Design services include up to three rounds of revisions.
Two of these revisions are limited to moderate changes, such as layout, copy, or visual adjustments.
A full redesign is not included and may be quoted separately upon mutual agreement.
Content consultations are not subject to revision limits.
4. Payments and Refunds
All services must be paid in advance via Stripe or direct bank transfer.
Invoices are issued on request.
No refunds are offered once work has commenced, unless we are unable to complete the assignment.
If a client cancels a project mid-way, they remain responsible for payment for work completed to date.
5. Limitations and Liability
Fictiva provides strategic and creative input. We do not provide legal, financial, or production guarantees.
We are not responsible for the outcome or performance of your project after our involvement.
6. Testimonials and Case Studies
We may request permission to feature anonymized case studies or testimonials.
No client work or identity will be made public without written consent.
7. Feedback and Dispute Resolution
If issues arise, we encourage open and direct communication to resolve them.
Clients agree to notify us of any concerns before sharing negative feedback publicly.
We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.
8. Legal Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Slovakia.
Any legal disputes shall be resolved in Slovakian courts, following an attempt at informal resolution.

Clients are solely responsible for securing any legal or copyright protections for submitted materials. Fictiva does not verify the copyright status of client work and assumes no liability for intellectual property disputes. We are not responsible for any outcomes, commercial or otherwise, resulting from the use of our services.

In accordance with GDPR, you have the right to: Access your personal data, Request correction or deletion of your data, Request a copy of your stored materials, Withdraw consent for the use of analytics or communication, Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
